Hey chick! I’ve been doing this fitness grind since 2017. I was at a low point and I turned that pain into power. Fitness transformed my life and my mentality.

A little back story to what started my journey. I was going through a breakup and experienced rejection. For months I was crying/not feeling good enough and allowed my worth to be determined by someone else.

After months of crying, one day I woke up and asked myself why was I wasting my time and energy on this person. And that’s the day I decided to make a change.

It was like a light switch got hit, and I knew my WHY, and I had full clarity. I decided at that moment that I was going to do something good for me. Something that would make me feel good about myself. Something that I could work hard for and earn on my own, and something that no one could take away from me. This is 100% mine. And so my fitness journey began, and I never looked back.

As I got further into my journey, I started to notice my mentality change. The way I viewed myself changed. I started to feel confident and know my worth. I began to realize that I am capable of anything I put my mind to. I started to experience self love, self trust, self respect, and self worth. My standards raised, both for myself and also the people I allow in my life. Rejection is redirection. I’m thankful for that experience because it led me to find my purpose.
